Policy
All bookings require a non-refundable retainer. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session will result in the loss of the retainer. One reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice.
A non-refundable retainer of $20 is required to secure your session. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session. Final images will be delivered once full payment has been received.
Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session time to avoid scheduling conflicts. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session may be canceled and the retainer will be forfeited.
Failure to show up for your scheduled session without notice will result in the loss of your retainer and may require a new retainer to book a future session.
